About Me
Hello, I’m Anouska.
For years I hid behind masks. Addiction numbed me, chaos defined me, and I forgot who I was. Stripped of all that, I was left face to face with myself. It was lonely, but it was also the beginning of belonging.

Through safe retreats and deep reflection, I discovered that healing isn’t about fixing it’s about remembering. Alongside my own journey, I trained as a psychodynamic coach, a path that deepened my ability to hold space with care.

That’s why I created The Seeking Mirror.
